個人相談は、 ご予約ごとに生成される Google Meet リンクを使用したオンライン（音声）通話で行います。

■ 相談受付に関するポリシー
本サービス（ことばのものさしによるカウンセリング・コーチング）は、教育・研究活動とは独立して運営されています。
ご相談内容は守秘義務のもとで取り扱われ、第三者に開示されることはありません（法令等により開示が必要な場合を除く）。
利害相反の観点上、主宰者が教育研究活動を行っている大学の学生・教職員の方や、所属学会など研究・教育活動で直接関わりのある方からのご相談は、お断りさせていただきます。
また、未成年の方からのお申し込みは受け付けておりません。
上記に該当することが判明した場合は、途中で相談を終了させていただくことがございます。その場合も、規定により返金いたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
■ キャンセル・変更について
- 料金は前払い(銀行振り込みまたはクレジットカード決済)でお願いいたします。
– ご予約のキャンセルは原則承っておりません。
– ご都合が悪くなった場合は、**別の日程への変更（延期）のみ対応**いたします。
– 人員不足のため、返金には対応できませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
– 急なご事情による予約変更は柔軟に対応いたしますので、できるだけ早くご連絡ください。
– 開始後15分経ってもご連絡がない場合は無断キャンセルとなり、新たに別の枠を予約していただくことになります。

Multiple- Session Consultation
From coaching focused on multi-cultural communication
to ongoing support for long-term challenges,
I provide guidance that fits the twists and turns of complex relationships and changing situations.
You can start with just 1–2 sessions, and I’ll tailor the support to what works best for you.

🔹 How to Book a Consultation
① Inquiry
Please fill out the inquiry form with the following information:
- Name (nickname is acceptable)
- Email address
- Inquiry details
※ At this stage, you do not need to provide detailed consultation content.
② Our Response (within 1–2 days)
Within 1–2 business days, we will send an email to the address you provided with:
- Detailed instructions on how to make a reservation
- A link for user registration
- Various links necessary for the consultation
③ Handling of Personal Information
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, providing information other than your name (or nickname) and email address is optional.
④ Consultation Method (Online)
Consultations are conducted via online audio calls using a Google Meet link generated for each reservation.
- You can join from a smartphone or PC
- No app installation or phone number is required
⑤ Payment
Payment is required in advance. Available methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card payment
※ The consultation cannot take place until payment is confirmed.

🔹 Booking Notes / Important Information
Consultation Policy
This service (personal consultation and coaching through Koto Mono) is operated independently from any educational or research activities.
All consultation content is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or regulation.
To avoid any conflict of interest, we cannot accept consultations from:
- Students or staff of universities where the host is engaged in educational or research activities
- Individuals directly involved in the host’s research or academic activities, including professional associations
Additionally, consultations are not available for minors.
If it is discovered that any of the above conditions apply, the consultation may be terminated immediately.
Please note that in such cases, payments are non-refundable according to the policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Payment is required in advance (bank transfer or credit card).
- Cancellations are generally not accepted.
- If you are unable to attend, rescheduling to another date is available.
- Due to limited staffing, refunds are not provided.
- For last-minute changes, we will make reasonable accommodations, but please contact us as soon as possible.
- If you do not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and you will need to book a new session.
